Memorial Day thru Labor Day - In Season Weekly Only

During the months of May and September, extra nights may be available to add on to a weekly rental

October - April Off Season rentals with 3 night minimum Rentals available

Rental Terms

50% Deposit required to secure reservation due within 30 days of making the reservation. The balance of rent plus 13% tax, and $200 security deposit, pet fee (if needed) required 30 days prior to arrival. Pets allowed with a $100.00 non-refundable pet fee for 2 pets.  The 50% deposit for the reservation is refundable if cancellation is done within 30 days of arrival. There are no refunds for inclement weather, only a prorated refund for Roanoke Island Mandatory Evacuaion days. Payment methods accepted checks, money orders or paypal.
